On September 15, in the premises of the Mediacor center, an interactive discussion took place on the occasion of the visit of Mr. Mircea Geoană, NATO Deputy Secretary General. The event was held under the banner “NATO: Helping Moldova reach its European future”, being organized by the NATO Liaison Office in the Republic of Moldova in partnership with the Foreign Policy Association (APE) and the Aspen Institute Romania. The moderator of the discussion was Mr. Ion Sturza, former prime minister of the Republic of Moldova and president of the Foreign Policy Association of the Republic of Moldova (APE). The discussions focused on regional security developments and Moldova’s actions to strengthen resilience and defense capabilities in the context of the European Union accession process.
